1^st year partners to present the work they did for RAOUL in their countries in the first year. Questions (France)

14.30 – 16.00 The motivational tool – evaluation of content

·        Partners to present information gathered under evaluation about the content of the motivational tool

16.00- 16.30 Tea and Coffee 

16.30 – 18.00  Round table discussion with teachers / learners / managers 

19.30 Dinner at the Rise of the Raj, Evington Rd (approx. £15 per head)

 Saturday 25^th -Meeting at Wellington Street

• Decision / agreement from day 1 about further research tools and processes for carrying the research out

• Information from partners about the style of the tool: What should the tool look like?

 10.30 – 10.45 Break

 10.45 – 12.45 

·        Confirm details of transnational meetings

·        Discuss budgets and budget limitations

·        Including learners – how will we do this?

·        Linguistic preparation- what will partners do? How will it relate to the project?

·        Dissemination – what can partners do? What do we need?

·        Problems, issues, questions

 12.45 – 14.00 Lunch (buy your own Sandwich or Fish & Chips in town)

 14.00 Bus trip

 Pick up at 2.00 pm from LAEC go to Rutland Water, Normanton, Stamford, Yew trees, evening dinner at Bewicke Arms, Hallaton (approx. £15  per head)

 Arrive back 10.00 pm at the Ibis Hotel
