Aims
and objectives of the Raoul project :
(1)
To create an awareness/information pack that promotes the value of
language learning to the target group.
(2)
To determine the most efficient ways of disseminating the information
pack.
Main
activities:
(1)
To look for learners who do not currently learn/use a language other
than their mother tongue.
(2)
To set up a working group of learners, project leaders and teachers in
each partner institution to discuss what will motivate learners to
learn a language.
(3)
To exchange findings with partners.
Target
groups: People in work or looking for work who are unable to
communicate effectively in languages other than their mother tongue.
Envisaged
results/products: Raised awareness of the value of language learning
and improved motivation for learners.
